Daily Schedule:

3:00–4:05 PM – Arrival, Snack & Play

Woodson Branch students (Grades 2–8) enter the after-school program directly from Hazel Lee Hall when school lets out at 3:00 PM.

Grades Kindergarten and 1st will meet at the barn and be walked up by an ASP staff member

Snack is offered daily.

Activities include:
Free play on the knoll
Board and card games
Art projects
Hanging out with friends

Homeschool Student Arrival:

Homeschool students may arrive no earlier than 3:15 PM.
A staff member will meet first-time homeschoolers at the barn to show them where to go.

Public School Student Arrival:

Public school students arrive by bus between 3:25–3:45 PM.
A staff member walks to the front gate to greet them and walk them in.

4:05–4:15 PM – Clean-Up & Connection Circle

Students help tidy the area.
On Club days (starting the week of Sept. 15), the group gathers for a short Connection Circle before transitioning to clubs or other activities.

4:15–5:15 PM – Club Time or Forest Exploration

Club participants break into their enrichment clubs.

Clubs run from September 15–November 17

Club offerings vary by day and interest.

Non-club students head to a forest spot for:
Games
Free play
Forest exploration

5:15–5:30 PM – Wrap-Up & Pick-Up

All students return to the barn for pick-up.

Pick-up is at the barn by 5:30 PM.
